Following the Visual Deployment Protocol introduced in Chapter LII, five more works from my existing studio record now have their own pages on soben.art. These are not five newly created paintings or new additions to the 555 Cycle. They are existing works, brought together here with individual stories and clear availability records.
This is my Optimistic Cubism: recognisable forms, vivid contrasts and paintings made to be lived with. Concern for nature does not cancel the pleasure of looking. It gives that pleasure somewhere to lead.

Turquoise giraffes inhabit the heat of a yellow and orange savannah. Joy in nature comes first; concern for its future gives that joy a practical direction.

Two radiant elephants turn towards one another in a cool nocturnal world. The painting brings warmth into a room while asking how much space we leave for other lives.

A human figure and green parrots share an imagined world. The painting asks what turns a connection into a relationship. Its original has been sold; this page preserves the work’s place in the cycle, not an offer to acquire it.

Crimson, pink and mint green transform the familiar human figure. A shift in perspective becomes an invitation to reconsider what we accept as normal — in painting and beyond it.

The 555 Cycle is limited to 555 numbered works, encompassing existing paintings and works yet to be created. Publishing these pages does not expand that limit or change the registry sectors. The archive becomes more accessible; the cycle does not become larger.
Beyond the paintings, I am developing ARK, an artist-led conservation venture focused on protecting and restoring natural territories in the Southern Cone. My commitment to proceed with my own resources is not conditional on finding a patron. Patronage can, however, change the scale of the undertaking: the capacity to secure land, restore soil, care for water and sustain the work over time.
The conservation project can grow while the number of paintings in the cycle remains fixed. A patron’s resources, judgement and connections can help build that wider record of work. Documented achievements and recognition may influence the paintings’ cultural significance and market reception; neither scarcity nor patronage guarantees appreciation.
I am seeking a patron to help expand the work, not to supply the artist’s commitment to it.
Qualified counterparties are welcome to enquire about the available paintings, institutional exhibition loans and participation in the ARK programme. Acquisition and loan terms are provided privately. Owning a painting does not convey a land deed or an equity interest in the project.
