As of March 1, 2026, the ARK ESTATE fund and the artist Apollonas Soben officially initiate the Deep Investment Standard (DIS). This protocol is designed to protect the capital of our loyal collectors and the value of the Nature Protection Fund.
CRITICAL NOTICE ON AUTHENTICITY AND VALUATION:
1. Invalidated Certificates: All physical certificates issued prior to 2026 (including those by "Original Gallery") are hereby declared Secondary Status. They do not guarantee the current market valuation or investment protection of the ARK ESTATE fund.
2. Official Index: The current global investment index for Apollonas Soben works is fixed at €1.1/cm². Any public listing (Aukro, Bazoš, eBay, etc.) offering works at prices below this index is considered unauthorized dumping and a violation of the brand's economic integrity.
3. Digital Verification: Only works verified through the 2026 Digital Protocol are eligible for future resale via official partner galleries and inclusion in the Global Asset Registry.
4. Copyright Protection: The unauthorized use of Apollonas Soben’s name and copyrighted imagery for low-value public auctions is a direct infringement on intellectual property.
