The absolute favorite medium in expressing my vision of the world in Soben Art is oil paintings! Although this material requires definitely harder and longer work, I would still prefer oil!

    Oil paints are extremely versatile and can be used on a wide range of surfaces, including canvas, paper, and wood.
  • Long drying time
    Oil paints have a long drying time, which allows artists to work on a painting for an extended period without worrying about the paint drying out.
  • Color intensity
    Oil paints have a high color intensity, which means that they produce vibrant, rich colors that can make a painting stand out.
  • Layering
    Oil paints can be layered, which allows artists to build up a painting in stages. This technique can create a sense of depth and dimensionality in a painting.

Acrylic paintings
Acrylic paintings are a relative innovation. It based on synthetic dyes that give new "electric" colors that are impossible in oil paints, as well as ready-made metallic and pearlescent shades. The base is water, so the positive properties include anti-allergy and quick drying.

Apollonas Soben are an artist duo based in Czechia. They are Optimistic Cubism painters that use strict geometry and pure scales in their own distinctive style. Oil paintings are artists' most favorite medium for conveying their worldview. Each of their works appears after an hour of meditation. After painting, a prayer takes place, to all Saints, of all religions and faiths, asking the future owner of the work for good and prosperity, and to all who speak positively about the creators of the work. With the acquisition of their paintings, you get a positively energetically charged element of your interior, which will not only please your eye, but also the Soul.
