№ 00326 Apollonas Soben's “Green Additivity” | 555 CYCLE | Primary Market Core Unit

In “Green Additivity”, green is not a background. It moves through the human figure, the surrounding planes and the landscape, bringing them into a shared rhythm.
A reclining figure stretches across the canvas. Small animal forms appear in the upper right; clouds, leaves and rounded shapes interrupt the angular construction. Emerald and mint meet grey, violet and deep shadow. The composition is built from differences, yet those differences hold together.
This is what interests me in the idea of additivity: what becomes possible when separate contributions form a whole.
My Optimistic Cubism begins with the pleasure of looking. I want a painting to bring colour, presence and energy into the place where someone lives. Here, the human body is not isolated from its surroundings. Its colours belong to the same world as the animals and the leaves.
But green paint does not restore a forest. Beyond the canvas, a living landscape needs soil, water, space and sustained care.
That is why I am developing the ARK Project — an artist-led conservation venture for the protection and restoration of natural territories in the Southern Cone. My commitment is to proceed with my own resources. A patron’s involvement would not replace that commitment; it would add the capacity to work at a larger scale.
“Green Additivity” gives that relationship a visual language: distinct contributions, a shared purpose, a whole that neither could create in the same way alone.
The 555 Cycle has a fixed limit of 555 numbered works, including paintings already made and works yet to be created. The conservation project can grow; the cycle does not expand with it. Over time, documented achievements and wider recognition may influence the paintings’ cultural significance and market reception, but no increase in value is assured.
I am looking for a patron who wants both things to exist: a painting worth living with, and a living world worth caring for. My contribution begins in the studio and continues beyond it. Yours can help that work reach further.

STRATEGIC STATUS & CONVERGENCE PROTOCOL (2026)
The Commitment: ARK is an artist-led conservation venture intended to proceed with the artist’s own capital. Patronage is sought to expand its capacity and scale; this commitment does not remove execution, funding or ecological risks.
Capital Allocation: Under the project protocol, 100% of qualifying acquisition proceeds follows the 30/40/30 structure: 30% — reimbursement of documented studio costs, with no dividend; 40% — restricted ground CapEx; 30% — project operations.
Restricted CapEx: The closed 40% allocation covers cadastral land and topsoil, perimeter fencing, restoration machinery (including tractors), and hydrological biomes, subject to the Patron’s contractual Right of Veto. Clothing, medical and community expenditure falls outside this restricted allocation.
Governance Shield: The protocol provides for acquired land to remain on the balance sheet of the independent, non-commercial Foundation (Fundación). The country, legal vehicle and first cadastral parcel must be named in the Art Loan documentation before any drawdown. Acquisition of a painting does not convey a land deed or an equity interest in the project.
Verification Path: Closed Verification is available equally to full-tier DIS patrons and signed 12-month Art Loan counterparties. Quarterly Field Files comprise georeferenced satellite perimeters, dated CapEx invoices and biome photographs. Site perimeters remain closed to the public.
Status: AVAILABLE FOR 12-MONTH INSTITUTIONAL EXHIBITION LOAN / PATRONAGE POOL
